INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. Data controller

The data controller is Accinni e Associati – Studio Legale (C.F. 07870640963), with registered office at Via Besana 5, 20122, Milan, Italy (the “Data Controller“). 

2. Type of data 

The personal data collected by the site are those communicated by users through the completion of the forms on the site (in the recruiting section) or as a result of sending an inquiry to the Firm, at the contact details given there. 

The data collected include identifying and contact data of users (e.g., first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number, and, for candidates, other personal identification such as date of birth and photographs), data related to the educational and professional background of candidates (education, professional experience, references, awards, and certifications), personal data included in communications and requests transmitted to the Firm, and additional data necessary to respond to and fulfill specific user requests.

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

Users’ personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

– spontaneous applications: the data collected through the completion of the recruiting form will be processed for the sole purpose of allowing the analysis of the candidate’s profile for the possible subsequent cognitive interview. Data collection is therefore necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject.

– Respond to user requests: data will be processed to respond to requests that users may transmit to the contact details of the professionals listed on the site. The legal basis for this processing is the need to execute pre-contractual and contractual measures taken at the request of the user, and to fulfill related legal obligations.

4. Method of processing

Data will be processed using paper and computer tools by the Firm’s staff and professionals. 

5. Recipients of the data

The data will be disclosed and transferred exclusively to the categories of subjects indicated in paragraph 4 below (description of the processing methods). 

6. Retention period

Candidates’ Personal Data will be retained and processed for a period not exceeding 12 (twelve) months from their collection by the Data Controller. Data may be retained for longer periods where necessary to comply with legal obligations or for the protection of the Controller’s rights, until the expiration of the relevant limitation period.

7. User rights and contact information

Users may, at any time and to the extent that the rights are applicable: (iobtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning them; (ii) request access to their personal data; (iii) request the rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of their personal data; (iv) object to the processing; (v) receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, personal data concerning them; (vi) lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, or appeal to the competent judicial authority.
