The Firm advises on a widespread range of insolvency matters, including restructuring deals. The Firm and its lawyers assist banks, investment funds and other investors in the acquisition and reorganization of financially-troubled companies; the Firm also represents distressed creditors, as well as insolvent companies and their shareholders, with respect to corporate and business restructuring.

Such legal assistance includes the drafting and negotiation of standstill agreements, pacta de non petendo, restructuring agreements and amendments to financial documentations. In addition, the Firm advises on all legal aspects and issues related to the application for, or the structuring of, pre-bankruptcy settlements (such as, for instance, obtaining approval of restructuring plans pursuant to Article 67 of the Italian Bankruptcy Law, or drafting and filing restructuring agreements pursuant to Article 182-bis of the Italian Bankruptcy Law or compositions with creditors), dealing also with possible oppositions and claims.
